Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between EDUAZN (referred to as "Company" or "we") and the affiliate marketer (referred to as "Affiliate" or "you"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you will participate in our affiliate program.

Enrollment in the Affiliate Program:
1.1. To enroll in the affiliate program, you must complete the registration process and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. Upon enrollment, you will be provided with a unique affiliate ID and access to marketing materials.

Affiliate Responsibilities:
2.1. As an affiliate, you agree to promote our products or services and generate referrals using the provided affiliate links or designated promotional materials.
2.2. You shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices that may harm our brand reputation.
2.3. You shall be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your marketing channels.

Commission Structure:
3.1. For each successful referral made through your affiliate link that results in a paid admission process, you will be eligible to earn a commission of $50.
3.2. Commissions will be paid within [specify payment schedule] after the referred customer's payment is confirmed.

7.1. We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes and may be required to accept the modified Agreement to continue participating in the affiliate program.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
